Description
The Global Compensation Analyst supports Mitel’s global compensation programs by conducting job evaluations, market analysis, salary surveys, audits, FLSA reviews, merit-process support, and compensation-system administration. The role also coordinates the company fleet program, including vendor communication, policy administration, vehicle-lifecycle tracking, invoice monitoring, and cost tracking. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of related work experience, HRIS and Workday experience, Radford Salary Surveys or equivalent experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
