ENTSO-E is hiring a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead its rewards strategy, payroll, benefits operations, budgeting, HR systems, and social dialogue. The role manages a team of 3–4 people, oversees a €2M–€3M budget, partners with payroll vendors, advises senior management, and reports to the Head of People, Talent & Culture from the Brussels Secretariat. The position requires a university degree in Economics, Human Resources, or a related field, at least 10 years of progressive Compensation & Benefits and Payroll experience, knowledge of Belgian social legislation, strong financial and communication skills, and fluency in English, French, or Dutch. It offers a hybrid model with two days per week in the Brussels office and remote work, along with health insurance, pension, travel insurance, and other benefits.
