Description
Ledger is hiring a mid-level contractor for its Total Rewards team to support year-end compensation reviews, salary budget modelling, board and executive reporting, bonus plan design reviews, and ad hoc compensation and benefits work. The role requires at least four years of Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards experience, advanced Excel and modelling skills, familiarity with Radford or Mercer Comptryx, and fluent English; French is strongly preferred. The contractor will work under the supervision of a Paris-based Compensation & Benefits Expert and report directly to the Head of Total Rewards.
