Millennium is hiring a Compensation Operations Associate to support the global compensation philosophy, policies, and practices, with particular focus on year-end compensation process administration. The role includes system preparation, testing, training, communications, analytical reporting, compensation planning, cost modeling, data reconciliation, system configuration, deferred compensation administration, employee support, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in an analytical field, strong analytical and Excel skills, and 5 to 7 years of compensation experience preferred; Workday HRIS and AI tool experience are advantageous. The estimated base salary range is $70,000 to $160,000 for New York City.
