WPP is hiring a Compensation Consultant for its global Reward team to support executive compensation programmes, market benchmarking, salary analysis, reward governance, board and committee reporting, and stakeholder presentations. The role requires experience in compensation, reward, executive remuneration, total rewards, HR analytics, or a related field, along with advanced Excel, data analysis, PowerPoint, market-data interpretation, and strong communication skills. It is a hybrid position with teams in the office around four days per week.
