Mercer is hiring a Senior Associate Compensation Consultant in Montreal for a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. The role leads research and analysis of compensation, rewards, talent management, and workforce strategy; develops salary structures, incentive programs, job evaluation systems, pay equity and transparency programs, and skills frameworks; prepares executive presentations; and supports business development and practice development. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, bilingual English and French proficiency, strong analytical and Excel skills, and experience in management consulting, total rewards, compensation, finance, human resources, or accounting is preferred.
