Description
The Compensation Manager designs, implements, and administers base salary, merit, short-term incentive, long-term incentive, and stock compensation programs. The role leads market analysis, salary benchmarking, job architecture, compensation modeling, statistical analysis, vendor and technology oversight, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. It partners with HR, finance, and business leaders to align compensation with business strategy and supports the Director of Total Rewards and Compensation Committee activities. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; 8+ years of employee and executive compensation experience is required, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
