Description
The Compensation Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation strategies, frameworks, job architecture, market research, compliance, audits, and data-driven reporting. The role partners with HR, Finance, business leaders, HRIS, and IT to support salary decisions, career ladders, merit and promotion planning, pay equity, and compensation systems. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of progressive compensation analysis and program management experience, strong analytical and quantitative skills, senior-influencing ability, compensation compliance knowledge, and advanced proficiency in Excel, benchmarking tools, and HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP. The role is hybrid, requiring four days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings, events, and occasional company travel.
