MongoDB is hiring a Compensation Partner to serve as the dedicated compensation resource for its Customer organization. The role supports VP and Director-level leaders and HRBP partners across Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Services, and Strategic Partners; provides guidance on hiring offers, equity, leveling, promotions, retention, and out-of-cycle compensation requests; owns the annual compensation cycle; leads competitive intelligence and market benchmarking; partners with Recruiting and People Partners; analyzes compensation programs; and leads strategic initiatives such as incentive-plan governance, job architecture, and compensation-planning tools. The role requires at least seven years of compensation experience, including significant compensation-business-partner experience, and offers a U.S. base salary of $87,000 to $171,000 USD.
