Description
The Sr. Manager, Compensation will lead compensation programs across multiple manufacturing facilities and the corporate office, including base and variable pay, short-term incentives, annual merit, bonuses, and recognition. The role oversees compensation planning, HRIS configuration, market analysis, compensation surveys, job architecture, reporting, budget monitoring, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and business leaders. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of progressive HR experience including three to five years in a lead compensation role, advanced Excel and HRIS skills, and fluency in English.
