DigitalOcean is hiring a Compensation Partner to advise Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners on compensation guidance, maintain market benchmarks and ranges, build financial models, conduct internal equity audits, and manage annual and mid-year compensation cycles. The role requires strong data analysis and quantitative modeling skills, experience with compensation planning and global compensation programs, and the ability to navigate sensitive pay discussions. It is a remote position with a base salary of $97,600 to $122,000.
