The role advises HR business partners and leadership, supports labor negotiations, and improves compensation processes, reporting, employee communications, performance management, and HRIS utilization. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, eight years of human resources or finance experience including at least three years in compensation or total rewards analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of compensation-related regulations. The schedule is 80 scheduled biweekly hours in an eight-hour day shift, with a stated hourly salary range of $80.48 to $120.72 USD.
