Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time Rewards Manager for its on-site Administrative Offices in Centerville, Ohio. The role designs, administers, and evaluates employee compensation programs; benchmarks salaries, maintains compensation structures and HRIS data, prepares compensation recommendations, supports merit increases and incentive programs, and ensures compliance with employment laws. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and two years of compensation analyst or compensation management experience are preferred, along with HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and travel availability.
