Description
Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Compensation Solutions Analyst to support and advance compensation and performance management strategy through process optimization, automation, compensation-system integrations, data analysis, and technology-enabled solutions. The role partners with HRIT and other technical teams and serves as a subject-matter expert for global rewards programs, including salary benchmarking, market competitiveness analysis, internal equity reviews, and compensation planning. The position is onsite in Santa Clara, California, or Austin, Texas, and requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, or a related field plus at least 8 years of global rewards experience.
