Meltwater is hiring a Compensation Solutions Architect in Hyderabad to design, configure, and maintain sales compensation plans and commission automation using SPIFF and Salesforce. The role builds Salesforce integrations and data syncs, develops coded commission logic, creates dashboards and reports, troubleshoots systems, trains users, and maintains documentation. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, experience with compensation management tools, SQL, cloud platforms, Salesforce development and architecture, commission processes, Excel formula coding, data integration, and user training. The position follows a hybrid schedule with one office day per month and requires the ability to legally work in the country of hire.
