Description
Meltwater is hiring a Compensation Solutions Architect to design, configure, and maintain sales compensation and commission systems using SPIFF and Salesforce. The role builds commission plan architectures, Salesforce integrations and data syncs, coded Excel-based commission logic, dashboards, reporting, troubleshooting, training, and documentation while collaborating with commissions, global compensation, FP&A, rev ops, and sales teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree, strong Salesforce development and architecture experience, compensation-management expertise, SQL and cloud or BI experience, and a hybrid work schedule with one office day per month.
