Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math or other related field
Required Previous Experiences: minimum of 8 years of related compensation experience
Preferred Qualifications: Spanish Speaking
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Experience working with locations outside the U.S.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of EW policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to global compensation.
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change in complex situations, and interact with all organizational levels.
Strict attention to detail, accuracy, and demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis, critical thinking, and utilize database management tools to provide analysis and solutions to problems.
