Description
The Compensation Analyst will conduct fixed and variable compensation studies, analyze salaries for hires, promotions, transfers, and internal movements, manage job and salary structures, support market surveys and incentive budgets, develop compensation proposals, and advise leaders and business partners on compensation and recognition matters. The role also supports job evaluation, organizational architecture, compliance with corporate policies, and financial impact studies. A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, extensive compensation and salary-structure experience, and strong Excel skills are required; retail, services, or commission-based experience is preferred.
