The role owns salary bands, equity structures, market benchmarking, compensation planning, dashboards, and analytical frameworks, while partnering with People, Recruiting, Finance, People Operations, and Data. It requires 8+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related analytical roles, and is a full-time position based in Foster City, California, with an in-office requirement on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
