NCC is hiring a Competence Manager for steel structures to translate design, function, cost, sustainability, and buildability into robust solutions across the early project stages through execution. The role supports solution development, tendering, design, procurement, budgeting, supplier negotiations, and project execution, and is based in Søborg. Candidates should have a civil/structural engineering, building construction, architecture, or equivalent background, relevant contracting or consulting experience, preferably at least 10 years, and knowledge of steel structures, digital tools, estimating, and sustainability.
