Methods is hiring a Competency Centre Manager to lead consulting talent across its IT Enterprise Services delivery. Reporting to the Senior Competency Centre Manager, the role owns recruitment strategy, consultant onboarding and utilization, team budgets and headcount, performance and professional development, skills planning, and alignment of consultants with projects and business-development opportunities. The position requires at least five years of leadership, team-management, or capability-management experience, strong resource-planning and people-management skills, and willingness to obtain security clearance.
