Description

Mindrift is seeking competitive-programmers to join their team. The role involves creating algorithmic problems, writing correct and incorrect solutions, and designing challenging test cases to evaluate AI coding models. This is a project-based opportunity focusing on developing competitive-programming problems and their automated grader systems.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Strong competitive programming background, demonstrated by a public profile such as a Codeforces rating or an IOI/ICPC/national-olympiad record.
Fluency in contest-level C++ (including STL and complexity analysis), with comfort in Python.
Ability to analyze and construct inputs that break given solutions.
Strong written English proficiency (C1+).
Preferred Qualifications: IOI/ICPC alumni and top competitive programmers are particularly encouraged to apply.
Experience in setting or testing problems for actual contests like Codeforces rounds, ICPC, national olympiads, or online judges.
Experience with Testlib (checkers, validators, generators).
Experience in creating data for Large Language Model (LLM) code benchmarks or similar Reinforcement Learning (RL)/evaluation datasets.
