Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive programmers for project-based work creating and evaluating competitive-programming problems and automatic graders used to train advanced AI coding models. The role involves authoring algorithmic problems, writing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, designing stress and edge-case tests, developing testlib checkers and interactors, and reviewing solution quality. Applicants must demonstrate strong competitive-programming credentials through Codeforces ratings or IOI, ICPC, or olympiad achievements, have fluent contest C++ and working Python skills, and possess strong written English. Work is project-based rather than permanent employment, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active phases and payment per accepted task up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
