Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive-programming specialists for project-based work supporting AI coding-model training. The role involves creating algorithmic programming problems, writing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, developing generators and stress tests, creating testlib checkers and interactors, and validating that solutions meet correctness and performance requirements. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming profile or equivalent IOI, ICPC, or olympiad record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, strong debugging and test-design ability, and C1+ written English. Work is paid per accepted task, with active project participation estimated at 10–20 hours per week and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
