Description
Mindrift is seeking project-based competitive programming specialists to create and evaluate algorithmic programming problems for training advanced AI coding models. The work includes writing problem statements, correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, test generators and edge cases, testlib checkers/interactors, and validating that solutions pass or fail appropriately. Candidates need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++ and comfortable Python, the ability to analyze incorrect solutions, and strong written English at C1+ level. Tasks are estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases and are paid per accepted task, at an effective rate of up to $90 per hour.
