Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive programmers for project-based work creating and evaluating competitive-programming problems used to train advanced AI coding models. The role involves writing original algorithmic problems, correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, generators and stress tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and validating that solutions meet correctness and time-limit requirements. Candidates need a strong public competitive-programming record such as a qualifying Codeforces rating or IOI/ICPC/olympiad achievement, fluent contest C++ and comfortable Python, strong debugging and test-design ability, and C1+ written English. Work is project-based rather than permanent employment, estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases, and paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
