Mindrift is recruiting competitive programming specialists for project-based AI work supporting leading technology companies. The role involves creating algorithmic programming problems, writing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, designing adversarial test cases, and building testlib checkers, validators, generators, and interactors to evaluate advanced AI coding models. Applicants must provide public competitive-programming credentials such as Codeforces ratings or IOI/ICPC/olympiad achievements, demonstrate fluent contest C++ and strong Python ability, explain incorrect solutions, and possess C1+ written English. Work is paid per accepted task, with active project phases estimated at 10–20 hours per week and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
