Mindrift is recruiting competitive programmers for project-based work creating and evaluating competitive-programming problems and automatic graders used to train advanced AI coding models. The role involves authoring algorithmic problems, implementing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, developing stress and edge-case tests, writing testlib checkers or interactors, and reviewing solution correctness. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++ and Python skills, and strong written English; work is paid per accepted task and is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, with compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
