Mindrift is seeking competitive programming specialists for project-based work creating algorithmic problems and automatic graders to train and evaluate advanced AI coding models. The role involves writing original problems, correct and deliberately wrong solutions in C++ and Python, generators and stress tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and reviewing solution correctness. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, and strong written English; work is paid per accepted task, with estimated active workload of 10–20 hours per week and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
