Mindrift is recruiting competitive programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders used to train advanced AI coding models. The role includes writing original problems, correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, adversarial test cases, generators, validators, checkers, and interactors, while reviewing solution correctness and performance. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, and strong written English; work is paid per accepted task, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
