Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive programming specialists for project-based AI work supporting leading technology companies. The role involves creating algorithmic programming problems, writing correct and intentionally incorrect C++ and Python solutions, developing generators, edge cases, stress tests, validators, checkers and interactors, and reviewing solution quality for training advanced AI coding models. Applicants should provide public competitive-programming credentials such as Codeforces ratings or IOI/ICPC/olympiad records, demonstrate strong contest C++ and Python skills, and have C1+ written English. Work is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases and is paid per accepted task, at up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
