Description
Mindrift is seeking competitive programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders for AI coding-model training. The role involves writing original problems, correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, difficult test cases, testlib checkers/interactors, and validating that solutions meet correctness and time-limit requirements. Candidates need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, strong debugging and test-design ability, and C1+ written English. Work is not permanent employment, is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, and is paid per accepted task at rates up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
