Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders used to train AI coding models. The role involves authoring problems, writing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, developing generators and stress tests, and creating testlib checkers/interactors. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python familiarity, strong debugging and test-design ability, and C1+ written English. Work is project-based rather than permanent employment, estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases, and paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
