Description
Mindrift is seeking project-based competitive-programming specialists to create algorithmic problems and automatic graders for training advanced AI coding models. The work includes writing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, designing stress and edge-case tests, building testlib checkers and interactors, and reviewing solution quality. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record or equivalent IOI/ICPC/olympiad achievement, fluent contest C++ and Python skills, and C1+ written English. Work is paid per accepted task, with active phases estimated at 10–20 hours per week and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
