Description
Mindrift is seeking competitive-programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems used to train AI coding models. The role involves authoring problems, writing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, designing stress and edge-case tests, developing testlib checkers and interactors, and validating solution correctness and performance. Applicants need a public competitive-programming profile or equivalent IOI, ICPC, or olympiad record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, strong analytical debugging skills, and C1+ written English. Work is project-based rather than permanent employment, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active phases and compensation paid per accepted task, up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
