Mindrift is recruiting competitive-programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders used to train AI coding models. The role includes writing correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, designing generators and adversarial test cases, building testlib checkers and interactors, and reviewing solution quality. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, and strong written English; work is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases and is paid per accepted task, up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
