Mindrift is recruiting specialists for project-based competitive-programming work supporting leading technology companies and AI coding-model training. The role involves creating algorithmic problems, writing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, designing generators and adversarial test cases, building testlib checkers or interactors, and reviewing solution correctness under time limits. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, and strong written English; work is paid per accepted task, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
