Description
Mindrift is seeking project-based competitive programming specialists to create and evaluate algorithmic programming problems for AI coding-model training. The work includes writing correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, designing generators and stress tests, developing testlib checkers/interactors, and validating solution quality. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, and C1+ written English. The opportunity is paid per accepted task, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
