Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive programmers for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders used to train AI coding models. The role includes authoring original problems, implementing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, creating stress and edge-case tests, writing testlib checkers/interactors, and reviewing solution correctness under time limits. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, strong written English at C1+ level, and ideally contest-setting or Testlib experience. Participation is project-based rather than permanent employment, with estimated active workloads of 10–20 hours per week and payment per accepted task up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
