Description

Mindrift is seeking competitive programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems used to train advanced AI coding models. The role includes writing original problems, correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, generators, edge and stress tests, hacking tests, and testlib checkers/interactors, then validating solution correctness and performance. Applicants must provide a public competitive-programming profile or equivalent IOI/ICPC/olympiad record, demonstrate fluent contest C++ and Python skills, explain faulty solutions, and have strong written English. Work is paid per accepted task, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
