Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive programmers for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders for AI coding-model training. The role involves writing original problems, correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, generators, edge-case and stress tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and validating that solutions meet correctness and performance requirements. Applicants must demonstrate a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, strong debugging and test-design ability, and C1+ written English. Work is project-based rather than permanent employment, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active phases and payment per accepted task up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
