Mindrift is recruiting competitive programmers for project-based work creating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders to train and evaluate advanced AI coding models. The role involves writing original problems, correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, generators and stress tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and validating solution correctness under time limits. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, strong analytical debugging skills, and C1+ written English. Work is paid per accepted task, with active project workload estimated at 10–20 hours per week and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
