Description
Mindrift offers project-based opportunities for competitive programmers to create algorithmic problems and automatic graders for training advanced AI coding models. The work includes writing original problems, correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, generators, stress and hacking tests, and testlib checkers/interactors, with qualification tiers based on Codeforces ratings or equivalent olympiad achievements. Participation is not permanent employment; tasks are estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases and are paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
