Description
Mindrift is seeking competitive-programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating programming problems and automatic graders used to train advanced AI coding models. The role involves writing original algorithmic problems, correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, generators, edge and stress tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and quality validation. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming profile or IOI/ICPC/olympiad record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, strong debugging and explanation skills, and C1+ written English. Work is project-based rather than permanent employment, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active phases and payment per accepted task up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
