Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive-programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating programming problems and automatic graders used to train advanced AI coding models. The role involves authoring algorithmic problems, implementing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, generating stress and edge-case tests, writing testlib checkers and interactors, and reviewing solution quality. Applicants must demonstrate a strong public competitive-programming profile or equivalent IOI, ICPC, or olympiad achievement, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, strong debugging and test-design ability, and C1+ written English. Work is paid per accepted task, is active only during project phases, and is estimated at 10–20 hours per week, with compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
