Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive programmers for project-based work creating and evaluating competitive-programming problems and automatic graders for AI coding-model training. The role involves writing original algorithmic problems, correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, generators, edge and stress tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and validating solution quality. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming record, fluent contest C++, Python proficiency, analytical debugging ability, and C1+ written English. Work is paid per accepted task, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases and compensation up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
