Description
Mindrift is seeking competitive programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating programming problems and automatic graders used to train advanced AI coding models. The role involves authoring algorithmic problems, implementing correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, developing generators and stress tests, writing testlib checkers/interactors, and validating that solutions meet correctness and time-limit requirements. Applicants must demonstrate competitive-programming achievement through Codeforces ratings or IOI, ICPC, or olympiad records, have strong contest C++ and Python skills, and possess C1+ written English. Work is project-based rather than permanent employment, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active phases and payment per accepted task up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
