Description
Mindrift is seeking competitive-programming specialists for project-based work creating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders to train and evaluate advanced AI coding models. The role involves writing original problems, correct and deliberately wrong C++ and Python solutions, generators, edge and stress tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and validating correctness and performance. Applicants need a strong public competitive-programming profile or IOI/ICPC/olympiad record, fluent contest C++, Python familiarity, the ability to diagnose and break incorrect solutions, and C1+ written English. Work is project-based rather than permanent employment, estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases, with payment per accepted task up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
