Description
Mindrift is recruiting competitive programming specialists for project-based work creating and evaluating algorithmic programming problems and automatic graders for AI coding-model training. The role includes authoring problems, implementing correct and deliberately incorrect solutions in C++ and Python, designing adversarial tests, writing testlib checkers and interactors, and validating solution correctness and performance. Applicants need a public competitive-programming profile or equivalent IOI, ICPC, or olympiad achievement, fluent contest C++, Python familiarity, strong analytical ability, and C1+ written English. Work is not permanent employment, is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, and is paid per accepted task at up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
