Mindrift is seeking competitive-programming specialists for project-based work creating algorithmic problems and automatic graders to train and evaluate advanced AI coding models. The role involves writing original problems, correct and deliberately incorrect C++ and Python solutions, generators and stress tests, testlib checkers/interactors, and validating solution correctness within time limits. Applicants must provide public competitive-programming credentials such as Codeforces ratings or IOI/ICPC/olympiad history, demonstrate fluent contest C++ and comfortable Python, explain incorrect solutions, and have C1+ written English. Work is project-based rather than permanent employment, estimated at 10–20 hours weekly during active phases, with payment per accepted task up to the equivalent of $90 per hour.
